1.Please check your email and phone in time,if product out of stock and delivery failed we will email .The delivery failed parcel will keep in post 7 days,parcel should be picked up within 7 days,Otherwise the post will destroy the parcel.If Client not respond the PICK UP INFORM email and phone call in 7 days.

Chic-bay will not responsible for any delivery failed parcel.

2.If you have not received your package within 20 business days of placing the order, email service@chic-bay.comwith your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately! 

3.Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

If you reject to pay the taxes and duties,the destination country will destory the parcel,
If the parcel has been desotry due to Client reason, Chic-bay would not take any responsibility of the parcel.

  • SHIPPING STATUS

We try our best to send out your packages on time every day! Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen. We will try our best to let you receive the product as soon as possible.Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

Receiving Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time
1. Processing: The order processing time depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the stock status of the individual product. It usually takes 3-7 business days to process your order (while some items may need 5-10 business days or longer). You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped. All orders will be processing around 1-10 business days. Once it shipped, You will received the shipping notice, If you didn't received after 10 days, Please email us!

  • DELIVERY TIME

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Chic-bay is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Chic-bay can never guarantee a delivery date.

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, a calling card will be left in your letter box detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your delivery at the local post office.

Chic-bay is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.

  • TAXES & DUTIES

Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

In order to reduce import duties, the declared value of each order is approximately $10-20 USD. Therefore, if there is a need to pay import tax, the amount is generally between $10-30 USD The specific amount is determined by the destination customs. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

  • Possible Delays

1. We promote slow and high quality fashion. As some of our products are produced on demand to reduce waste & act against over-production,  which means that we print, cut, sew and ship it only once we receive a pre-order, the shipping time may be longer as above described.

2. Due to the increase of orders on this site, the increase of logistics packages, import and export customs clearance operation is not timely, resulting in the logistics time extension of 5-10 days.
